Oxford PHAB at the Heartbeat Hike

PHAB SouthEast organizes a sponsored walk around Hyde Park in London every year. This is called Heartbeat hike from Jimmy Savile saying in 1978 "Everyone has a heartbeat even if they can't walk".

Oxford PHAB have been going to Heartbeat hike for many years. It is a great opportunity to meet people from other PHAB clubs.

In recent years, while some of our members have participated in circumnavigating the Serpentine, the main focus of the club has been in helping to support the event, by staffing checkpoints, running errands and so forth.
