These are the accounts for the Oxfordshire PHAB Area Committee for the year ending 30th April 1997. They have been prepared on a receipts and payments basis in accordance with the Charities Commission document CC54 - Accounting for the Smaller Charity.

Note - the Community Workers Grant for 1996 does not include 3 months worth of grant (£3921.00), which was paid in this financial year, when the service contract with the County Council was renewed for a further 3 years.

Taking this into account the adjusted receipts for 1996 would have been £18001.67, and the adjusted receipts for 1997 would be £16381.05

The Young People Fund

Some of the donations to the PAC were made on the condition that the money be spent on work with young people. The balance of this fund carried forward from the financial year ended 30th April 1996 was £185.23

Notes

The limited second hand market for Batricars makes any valuation uncertain. They were donated to the PAC, and have since had a total of £432.80 spent on repairs, which came out of a grant paid into last years accounts.
The office equipment is valued at an estimated replacement cost.
